Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Cyprus. Available delivery options are shown at checkout. For another destination, contact us before ordering.

Order processing

Paid orders are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or Cyprus public holidays are normally handled on the next business day.

Courier and delivery times

Orders are sent with ACS Courier or the courier confirmed for your order. Typical Cyprus delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, public holidays or courier disruption.

Shipping charges

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer or discount applies only when shown in your checkout total.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send shipment information to your checkout email address. Tracking details are included where available.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please enter an accurate delivery address, postal code and contact number. To request an address correction or report a delayed parcel, email info@creatine.cy with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
