Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders on creatine.cy are currently processed and delivered. It reflects the live storefront flow today: checkout, payment through Viva Wallet, dispatch by our team, and Cyprus delivery through ACS Courier.
1. Standard delivery area
Our standard published shipping offer is for addresses in the Republic of Cyprus. The live checkout currently lets customers enter other EU country selections, but our advertised ACS rates and delivery timings are only confirmed for Cyprus orders. If a non-Cyprus shipping address is submitted, we may need to contact you before dispatch to confirm whether the order can be fulfilled, adjusted, or refunded.
2. Order processing
- Paid orders are usually reviewed and processed within 1 business day.
- Orders completed before roughly 2:00 PM on a business day are often handed over the same day.
- Orders placed after that cutoff, on weekends, or on Cyprus public holidays are normally handled on the next business day.
3. Shipping method and delivery timing
- Courier partner: ACS Courier
- Typical delivery window: 1-3 business days after dispatch inside Cyprus
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can move during peak periods or courier disruption
4. Shipping cost
- Standard shipping: €3.50 per order
- Free shipping: automatically applied when the discounted order subtotal is €30 or more
Any active cart discount is applied before the free-shipping threshold is checked, so the threshold is based on the amount you actually pay for products at checkout.
5. Tracking and shipment emails
When your order is marked as shipped, we send a shipping email with your ACS tracking number. That tracking email is the point at which you should expect to follow the parcel through the courier network.
6. Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. If ACS cannot deliver because the address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed and we may need to contact you to correct the order before re-dispatch.
7. Operational note
This page reflects current store operations, not a bespoke shipping contract. If we are running a special campaign, testing a new route, or manually reviewing an out-of-scope destination, we will contact you directly before dispatch rather than silently shipping on different terms.
