These Terms & Conditions govern use of creatine.cy and purchases made through the storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, plus the policies linked from this page.

2. Products and product information

We sell creatine monohydrate food supplements. Product descriptions, images, labels, serving guidance, pricing, and availability are provided in good faith and may be updated when supplier, packaging, or operational details change. Product information is not medical advice and must not be treated as a guarantee of a specific health, training, or performance outcome.

3. Order placement and acceptance

• Adding products to the cart or submitting checkout details does not guarantee order acceptance.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm it and can fulfil it with available stock and valid payment.
• We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, checkout details are incomplete, fraud checks raise concerns, or the order appears to misuse the site.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

4. Pricing, VAT, and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping charges and any active discount are shown before payment.
• Payments are processed by Viva Wallet; we do not store full card details on our servers.
• We may change prices, discounts, and delivery charges from time to time, but confirmed orders are handled using the checkout totals shown when the order was placed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery scope, estimated timings, courier handling, and out-of-scope delivery handling are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. We will contact you if we cannot process the delivery using the details provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation before dispatch, the 14-day withdrawal route for sealed products, damaged or incorrect item handling, return shipping costs, and refund timing are covered in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Opened or used supplements are not normally returnable for hygiene and food-safety reasons unless the issue is a damaged, defective, or incorrect item that we have reviewed.

7. Acceptable use of the site

• Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party checkout details without permission.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the storefront, checkout, payment, inventory, review, or email systems.
• Do not use the site for fraudulent orders, automated abuse, scraping that harms service availability, or resale activity that breaches applicable law.
• We may block or cancel activity that appears abusive, unlawful, or operationally harmful.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Cyprus or EU consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. For a valid claim connected to an order, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law requires a different result.

9. Privacy and communications

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the store, policies, legal requirements, or operational setup changes. The date above shows the latest update. Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with applicable EU consumer protection rules preserved where they apply. Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities of Cyprus unless mandatory consumer rules provide another forum.
